We are happy to help Jackie!
When is your husband's line eligible for upgrade? You can view his upgrade eligibility online by visiting My Verizon (www.verizonwireless.com) or he can check right from his device by dialing #UPG. Please let me know so I can go over options with you. Thanks!

I appreciate the additional information jaxspr. I know summer seems so far away, but your opportunity to upgrade will be here in no time. I reviewed additional options and found we have a great holiday promotion you may be able to take advantage of, take a look http://vz.to/19mc84j .

Thank you for the information. I just can't afford another monthly payment. As it is I have increased my Verizon monthly payment by $125 a month. Thanks for trying.

Anytime jaxpr. I'm sorry the option provided in the previous post will not meet your needs currently.

Easy fix: Go to the WiFi page, click your Settings soft button (left of the home button), then choose Advanced. Uncheck "Auto network switch". That's it. Should fix the disconnecting issue inherent with MK2 update on Verizon.

I replied to the original post, and it worked for me. Perhaps you could disable your mobile data, as well. If it doesn't work for you, then you're probably referring to something other than the original post on this thread.

I'm sure mind20 was jesting. I mean how is it possible that he didn't know you had already tried that? It's just soooo obvious by looking at all your previous posts! (?????)

I figured out that my issue was satellite Internet and I used more than my 10 gb so it slows down after that. Too slow for wifi to work.
