But now when I hook up to USB and go to explorer the phone does not display for me to navigate to picture/ folder etc...nothing comes up at all. I have tried two different cables only thing in have recently done is download a bunch of fitness videos fillings up my memory...bad move I KNOW but I have been deleting what I didn't need then thought I would off load pictures. Oh and I did download the latest upgrade marshmallow...any ideas?

With Marshmallow, the default USB connection is charging only. Pull down your notification shade and tap the notification that says you're connected for charging; change it to Transferring Media Files.

As a short term fix, try uploading the photos to the cloud and then download them to the PC.
Another option, albeit clunky, would be to Email the pictures to yourself.

Oh lord I started sending pics to myself and then deleting them but that was a pain! I will try the cloud suggestion. I just don't understand why my phone stopped showing up when connecting it to PC...I will also call Verizon maybe I'm missing something on my PC or this new marshmallow download did something ??? ugh I had problems with lollipop update now this. We should feel confident we not downloading flawes updates! Not saying marshmallow Nissan but who names software releases after something squishy. They should you name it something that reflects confidence and quality 🙂 anyhow I'm done venting thanks for your help!
