Why does my LED light randomly flash?

I let my S5 discharge completely on a bike trip.  after fully recharging, the flash "bulb" LED seems to randomly blink briefly.

I cannot find any Notification settings that control this.  Is this even a valid notification setting in certain apps?  Email/messaging, etc.

Seems to occur randomly when I transition from screen to app, etc, but not consistently enough to track.

I love bike riding, motherhummus​. Having a flash notification would drive me crazy. It sounds like your hearing accessibility function got turned on inadvertently. Here is how to turn if off.

Settings

Accessibility

Hearing

Disable Flash Notifications.
