I had forgotten my password to login to my Galaxy S8+. Running out of attempts i google unlock fixes for my device. I saw that Samsung has software called find my mobile. Yet I can't seem to enable it on my Galaxy S8+ or my TabS2. Luckily I was able to figure out my Passcode on my last attempt. Is find my mobile by Samsung a feature you turn off or do I need to locate it in a different area from where Samsung says it should be?

Find My Mobile is not available on all Samsung devices from Verizon. You can try this:
Try Android Device Manager app. It would be similar to what your looking for.

Google changed the Android Device Manager to "Find My Phone" a few months ago.

I can't seem to keep up. Samsung had Find My Mobile but not avail on every Samsung device and Google had Android Device Manager now changed to Find My Device. Good times.

Martej97, we understand the importance of ensuring you are able to access Find My Mobile to be able to manage and control your device remotely if it were missing. I can clarify this feature is not available on all devices. Find My Mobile is only on devices running Android 5.0 or less. For your Samsung S8 Plus, you would want to use Device Manager.
