Why can't I Access the Settings Menu?

When I press the gear icon, the menu jumps all the way to the bottom, and will not let me access anything about date and time. The latest system update was applied about 60 hours ago, but the problem just appeared this afternoon.

We certainly want you having access to your menu settings for sure. Can you send us a screenshot of what is happening. Have you also restarted the phone since?

The problem is resolved. An app named App Cache Cleaner was causing every

list to display the last entries in the list and freeze the list at that

point. After I disabled the access that App Cache Cleaner had, the problem

was immediately solved.
