Sorry for the mix up, Tanamanni. I know that resetting your phone is not high on your list of things you’d like to do and I appreciate all the effort you’ve already put into this. Let’s take a step back and try out what Ann154 suggested first. Please use the steps at https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-203892/ to place your phone into Safe Mode and try connecting to WiFi while in Safe Mode. This can help us to determine if there’s just a 3rd party application that’s not agreeing with the update and causing trouble or if it’s something more. Also, please go into Settings > About Phone and let me know the Build Number you’re seeing on the device.
