When will the Samsung Galaxy S4 get Android 4.4.x KitKat?

I've seen that it's been released to Verizon to update the S4 to KitKat, but it's been months and we still haven't seen the update for the device.  When will Verizon push the new Android OS for the Galaxy S4?!?
