Funny, they typically say "no information at this time" which you know is a lie. Verizon has update and release schedules, that are often leaked on the internet, that they deny exists. I hate being lied to.

The reps that pop in here and the one you reach by phone don't have access to those release schedule until the update is about to or is going out to users. They know as much as we customers do although sometimes it is us customers who hear the rumor and rumblings before the customer service reps.
