lol. Well hopefully soon...as michaeljtimko stated earlier, less RAM intensive. That is the one thing I am looking forward to the most! Called Tech Support the other day and even when my phone was only being used for the phone call, all apps closed (or at least the ones I could close) and only what you cannot disable running, there was only 18% RAM left? Seems to be more of a device issue I am guessing since a replacement is on the way, but this phone lags so much and cannot handle multiple things running at the same time.

It's not like it's a shock though, right?

Good things come to those who wait.  Hopefully we won't have to wait much longer.

Just about every major carrier in the United States and now Canada is/has been pushing out the kit kat update for the phone, except Verizon.  If it wasn't for the fact that Verizon is the only carrier that has decent signal in all the areas that I travel to and through for my job, I would be gone.  We have to pay more for our service, but have to wait the longest for any updates because of all the bloatware they add on and features they remove.

I don't think that's the point the OP is making.  He bought a phone and wants the latest and greatest - nothing wrong with that.  If it's all about being satisfied with what you have, I would never have traded in my old flip-phone.  Regarding problem-free, Android 4.4 has been stable since the Nexus was a released last year.  Verizon just likes to add their bloatware and take their time doing it.  Even iOS 7, when it was released, had its issues (lots of them).
