I only have 3 messages in my voicemail and it says it's full. I have checked for a "delete" folder but there isn't one. I also checked the old way by holding 1 and still it says there are only 3 short messages, all less than 6 seconds long.
It has been saying my Voicemail has been full for a few years now but I actually need it now.
Can someone help me out?
Thanks

We're very sorry to hear that you're also having this difficulty, Katieeecat05. We know voicemail is an important tool, and we want to help. Do you also have a Galaxy S8 device? If not, please advise of your make & model. Also, are you using visual voicemail service, as well? Have you tried dialing into your mailbox at *86? If so, are you showing the same count there?

I had that issue. I had been checking my voicemail by pushing the voicemail button on the bottom right of my keypad. I corrected the problem by using *86 to check my voicemail. There were at least 10 new voicemails that were not visible until I checked it using *86. My voicemail was always full until I figured this out. Problem solved for me.
