I have been a Verizon customer for 2 years. Recently, when someone dials my phone, they hear an automated message saying that voicemail has not been set up on my account. Callers are unable to leave voicemails. I don't have any trouble logging into my voicemail using my pin number. Any ideas on how to fix this?

We definitely want to ensure that your voicemail is working as it should and here to help. To be sure, when you dial *86 you are able to access your inbox with no trouble? Are you receiving calls without any trouble? Just to be sure, try dialing *73 to ensure call forwarding is not enabled.
