My Bixby and voice to text are not working. This started 3 days ago...also my phone calls are not heard unless on speaker phone. I have tried the troubleshooting on the Verizon app...I even tried all of the suggestions on Google. Please help! I use this feature while driving and for my job.

I completely understand needing these features to work, MELSCA79. Let's get this fixed.
Has there been any physical or liquid damage to your phone? (Even in the slightest way.)
Please gently blow into the microphone, near the charging port. If possible, use canned air, but not while holding the phone upside down. This may help. Please keep us posted.
