I do not with to sign up for visual voice mail, but I haven't been able to remove it from my phone. It is annoying because everytime I get a voicemail it tries to get me to sign up for the visual voice mail service. I saw some previous posts that said to go to MyVerzon, manage content and apps and remove it from there. Well it's NOT THERE to remove. I called Tech Support last week and asked for this to be removed and to stop sending me messages. Please help!
BethfromNJ I know I would not want a feature that I did not opt into on my device. Let's make sure we get this taken care of for you. When did you first notice this happening? What is the make and model of your device?
