Video throttling for excusing customers

I feel that throttling existing customers video is not very good customer service. I was actually told that existing customers would not have their video throttled.

The new Verizon Plan Unlimited includes: ?Unlimited talk and text ?Unlimited data ?Full quality HD Video: Customers who were on the unlimited plan before August 23rd will not be throttled down to any data usage or HD quality streaming, customers benefits will remain the same.

yeah & i was told back in 2010 that my "unlimited" would be forever!!!

when you signed up for current limited you were told you'd be throttled at some point.

ya see, too many users were abusing the system with unlimited.
