We all know there was a problem with the last update. Just admit it and stop deleting my post that call you out. Hard resets and changing sim cards, nothing helps

Agreed. Something. Anything at this point. False hope even. I feel bad for the reps who says, "We've heard about it but not from the company." They get caught in the middle.

Agreed again. Verizon quit deleting posts and just issue a statement and an apology. That's all we need to keep us patient for a fix.

They delete what they want. Theres a problem and vzw needs to recognize and fix it. Quit beating around the bush
