Verizon Cloud not syncing

My Verizon cloud has stopped backing up pictures that I download from text messages or download from emails. This stopped around November 18. I had to try a manual sync and the only pictures that updated were the ones taken by the phones camera.  My time spent with Verizon tech support was useless so far. Does anyone know if this may be a settings issue or have any other suggestions?

refsmom99, we don't want this to be a probelm for you. Your cloud may be full to capacity. You can opt for up to 125 GB of cloud storage space. All data you store using the service can be accessed from your desktop or tablet. For more information, click http://bit.ly/Kn9ZMN

My cloud is not full.  I pay for 25GB and have used just under 2 GB.  Any other suggestions?

Especially look at:  "8. I don’t see some of my files in the cloud. Does Verizon Cloud back up from certain locations on the device?"

I appreciate you taking the time to provide this insight, refsmom99. After you download the pictures from your text messages or e-mails where are the pictures located? Are they within My Files?

Oops I meant to say my pictures saved from text messages or downloaded from

emails go the download folder in my gallery. Any suggestions?

Thanks to the community for your input! refsmom99, are you able to save your pictures that go to the gallery to a file on your phone? Pictures that sync to the cloud are files that are saved to your phone. Please review the cloud facts provided by breezex and keep us posted.

According to the Cloud Facts #8 - it states pictures back up from (Android

(both internal + external removable memory). So I would think that means

that the pictures back up from internal being the phone and external memory

being the removable sd card but is not what KinquanaH_VZW posted. So what

is really the correct answer?

I stopped using Verizon Cloud as it wouldn't back up my Gallery at all.. My pics are on my SD Card AND I use G Cloud for backing everything up now.  I want an extra back up in case something happened to the SD card.
