I just noticed an addiitonal $5 each month on my husbands bill. Seems that the rep added the Cloud to my "FLIP PHONE" spouses phone..................we did not ask for this and it's not on my phone. This has been on the phone since we converted him to SMART PHONE in May. BUMMER....... Check your bill each month for added charges that you may not have added.
