I am on a family plan with my son who is the acct. holder. I am an account manager. I live in a different state. Trying to purchase an updated phone online for my line, I am finding it impossible because I want my new phone shipped to me, not my son. Is there anything that can be done besides switching from him to me as the holder of the account, which we don't want to do?
