Does anyone know how to get this to stop happening on my Samsung Galaxy S3? I had one before, this is my second one and I just got it but that's all it does when I try to view my contacts.
I have tried clearing the cache and what not (tips I found online) but NOTHING seems to be working.
Also, has anyone used Alliancerom on this type of phone?! The one I bought is "rooted" with it and I'm completely lost!!!

kimbo2985,
This sounds frustrating! I'm sure you have contacts that you need to access. The phone that you purchased is currently rooted? Rooting your phone may cause software malfunctions such as this, which is why it voids the manufacturer's warranty. However, have you tied a hard reset on the device? http://vz.to/1yGhlN2
This could potentially help resolve the issue. If the contacts application is still malfuntioning you can look into utilizing a 3rd party "contacts" application.
I hope this information helps! Let us know if you need anythig.
