After 4 months with no security updates, weeks behind every other major carrier for the Nougat update and NO communications from Verizon I'm done with them! Every time I post a question or have a problem all I get is a "canned" response. I've paid top dollar for both my phone and service and have received little to nothing for my money. What a shame.
I certainly don't want to see you give up on Verizon or your phone, Gbktoledo. I understand wanting the best for your investment. We want that too. Verizon Wireless holds every update to high standards and we complete rigorous testing with Samsung and Google to make sure each update that is released to our valued customers meets those expectations.
