Unable to send or receive mms txt messages. Even have turned off phone, remove battery for 30 plus seconds with no success. How can I resolve this issue?
Have you ensured that your cellular data is turned on? Photo messages won't send/receive over wi-fi.

Please ensure that your cellular data is enabled http://bit.ly/1468U13 (thanks tikibar1) and then test. MMS messages are sent via cellular data. Keep us posted.
