A couple days ago my Galaxy S III was making calls and receiving calls. Now, I am unable to make or receive any phone calls. Outbound calls just sit on "dialing" and eventually fail. Inbound calls do not ring and are sent straight to voicemail. I am able to send and receive text messages just fine.
Steps already taken:
Reboot
Toggle Airplane mode
Remove and re-insert SIM card
remove battery
start up in safe mode
Please help me find a solution.
thank you

What is your signal level in dBm and signal type? Settings > About Phone > Signal

That's a decent LTE signal. Do you have call forwarding turned on?

Ann154,
Call forwarding is not active.
