My phone goes thru the process on connecting to Blue tooth device, then it just drops off. I tested the Blue tooth device with another S7 and it worked fine!
Testing on another S7 was a great idea, CHEWAY. I know how important using a hands-free device is on your S7 and want to be sure we get it working. Can you elaborate on exactly what happens when you say it drops off? What is the make and model of your Bluetooth device and have you tried other Bluetooth devices on your S7? What software version https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-203265/ is on the S7 that’s not staying connected?
