In the past after connecting a USB cable to my SCH-1535 I could plug the other end into my notebook and the cell phone appeared as drive E: in Windows Explorer. Not any more. Now a pop-up window still appears showing the directory of the storage devices on my cell phone but before I can transfer files an error message pops-up saying "Device driver software not installed correctly." Isn't that nice! What should I do?

Hi kcav45,
I am sorry you're having trouble with your USB cable. Is there a good connection into the port or is is bent in anyway? Do you try another USB cable to test the connection with? This would try to rule out if it is the cable or the device causing the overall problem.
