Transfer contacts to my PC

Does anyone know how I can transfer my contacts from my Galaxy S5 to my HP PC.

I plugged the USB cable in but do not see contacts on the list.

Is this even possible to do?

contacts > menu (three dots in upper right-hand corner) > settings > contacts > import/export > then export to SD card or export to device storage > once phone is plugged into computer, locate exported file and move to the computer

I tried this method and it only saved one contact to my SD card.

Is there a way to select all contacts?

If it copied one contact then that means either you didn't select all or all but one of your contacts is in Gmail. I won't have my S5 to give instructions until much later today(I am at work and using my M8WP currently). I can give you instructions later on if no one else chimes in before then.

It also may just appear that only one contact was saved.  The file is a .vcf file and if opened 'as is' it may look as if only one contact is there.

Perfect...I shared them to Gmail...exact results of what I wanted to do, I was just going about it the wrong way, thank you!
