I've always had spotty service in my condo in Westlake Village, which is the reason I switched to Verizon some years back. It was better than AT&T.
Starting last week, my phone has been prompting me that "Roaming is enabled." I haven't changed anything but now I get a very poor signal, to the point where I am not receiving some text messages while I am at home. Could some sort of software change have been pushed onto my phone? Has Verizon changed any antennae in my neighborhood? This is unbearable. I need guidance.

What is your zip code?
You can try turning off the phone and removing the SIM card for a few minutes. Reassemble and boot up the phone to force it to reconnect with the network. I would suggest trying this in an area where you can get a strong signal.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
