Screen brightness slider missing

How do I get it back on a Galaxy S4

It must be really annoying to have that slider missing! We'll help find it again. Where are you looking for it? What was the phone doing when it disappeared?

It use to be on the notification screen under the wifi, location etc buttons. I don't think I did anything, it just disappeared.

SETTINGS - MT DEVICE(tab) - DISPLAY - NOTIFICATION PANEL - Place check in BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT
