Well we are in the same situation again. As of 6/24/2020 my company has booted access to email and any other work app because of the old security update level. When will Verizon deploy the latest security updates to our US Samsung S8 phones. At a minimum I need a security level at or beyond April 1, 2020.

RickDill, we certainly understand software updates are important. Samsung creates an update and then sends it to the carrier to verify that it will work with the specific tweaks that are on the phone. We will then test and modify the update as necessary, and when satisfied that it will work ok, release it to the installed base.
