Seems like the update to NG6, my phone has had low connectivity. Its always in 3G and also goes to 1X. I always have to toggle airplane mode on and off to make it go to 4G. I had no issues before update. My husband is also with Verizon and has no issues so I know its not our area. His phone is on 4G most of the time we are together and mine will be 3G or lower. Anyone have this issue? .....and of course my battery drains so fast like most everyone too.
Have you tried restoring your phone via Kies (official software program from Samsung)? It has a repair function on it which does not delete your data and it takes about 30 minutes. It is definitely a better suggestion than a factory reset.
