yep, and battery life went down too. its probably because they want you to buy the new s10.
I'm having the same problem but also having issues with my battery. My battery has been draining like crazy to where my phone will just die. It just dropped from 28% to 1% in a few seconds. Sometimes it can have 80% battery life left, then in a matter of seconds, drain and die with no power. I've never had issues like this until this last stupid update.
