The volume on my Samsung Galaxy S6 phone keeps going back to vibrate after a call. I turn the volume back up. After every call, the volume resets back to vibrate. I've checked the settings to see as well. How can I fix this?
That’s so strange, flylikeaneagle. I definitely don’t want you missing out on an important notification because your phone returned to vibrate. Do you have a case on your device? Do you recall anything that changed with your phone when this first started? Can you please use the steps at https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-204014/ to make sure your phone is not set to mute all sounds?
