My phone was working fine then all of a sudden my screen just went black and it will not work even when I put it on a charger. What is wrong with my phone and how do I fix it?
What happens if you press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10-20 seconds? That *should* restart/reboot the phone.
@Rhonae I regret your are having screen trouble. I know how important it is to have your phone working correctly. Let's keep working on this. Did the reset that SuzyQ suggest work? Does your device have any damage to it? Any new apps installed before the screen was blank?
