You can activate an unlocked device as long as its compatible on our network mbt85. You can check if the phone is compatible via the link below. You will need the IMEI number of the phone.

If the phone is capable of VoLTE calls then it might be possible to activate it on the Verizon Wireless network. If not, then you won't be able to activate it anymore.
