S9+ still on Oreo, software assitant no help

My Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus is till on Oreo and samsung version 9. My husbands updated to Pie.

I have tried checking for updates, no change. I have used the Software Upgrade Assistant, no change.

Any ideas?
