S6 suddenly started powering off after about a minute of powering up
I don't have a home phone myself, so my cell phone is my lifeline. I want to make sure that we get to the bottom of this so you have a phone that powers on and stays on. When did this start happening? What changes (if any) have you made to the phone recently?

Was instructed to boot in safe mode and wipe cache…after doing that the device would power down and reboot over and over…
was told the next step was a hard reset which would wipe out all settings…since S6 was in was in warranty it was decided to
replace it.
