When I go into gallery, select a photo, tap edit, then tap collage, nothing happens.
When I tap photo edit, it says app not installed with a download button. When I tap download, it says app not found. I've tried resetting my phone settings, and still an issue.

You have a great device! I am sure you are enjoying all the features this phone has to offer. I would like to make sure the Collage option works properly for you. Please go into your phone's gallery without selection a picture, then click on the Settings (located on the lower left) and select Create Collage. Please keep me posted if this works for you.
