Sorry to hear about the trouble with your hands-free mode! I know how important that feature is. When did this start happening for you? Was this after any updates or app installs on the device? We want to resolve everything we can.

It started in the last month when S-Drive was updated to the new look.
I want to be able to use it while driving, but it keeps locking and I have
to unlock it with my PIN.

Thank you for offering these details, jetsfan. Let's make sure there are no corruptions in the application. Go to Settings>Application Manager>Scroll to All>Choose S-Drive>Clear cache and/or data. Please keep me updated on the status.

Well that's pretty strange, jetsfan11361. Normally it would be listed under the all tab while managing apps. Try searching for S Voice instead, just like the application itself in your home screen apps. Please keep in mind it won't be listed under the downloads section, since it's preinstalled from Samsung.

Found S-Voice, cleared the data/cache, and restarted my phone. Screen
still locks, so the PIN has to be entered to unlock & use. I would like
the screen not to lock, so I can use it while driving.

Thank you so much for the feedback, jetsfan11361. What I have done is let the software developement team know about your findings since the update. They will need to do some testing or they may come back to say it is updating the way it should since the update.
