My S3 won't connect to the internet or sync my emails without being connected to wifi. It's recognizing a wifi service at hotel that was only accessible as a guest, now in meeting room, and keeps going to the splash page. Emails won't send either. Signal strength for cell service is good, call's fine, restarted phone, and no 4g, but co-worker has 4g on his droid. Email is fine on his, we use the same exchange server.
Are you sure you didn't turn of mobile data?
dmcmanus92, thanks for posting. Are you still having issues connecting to the network? Have you tried to disable/enable airplane mode? Please give more details so I can customize a solution for you.^SP
