S3 - After Kit Kat update-- I can't download any pictures from photo gallery

After the update, I can't download any pictures from phone to PC or any other hard drive....   It is like the when I use the USB connection, the PC  no longer recognizes that the phone is connected to the PC.   Right before the update I was downloading pics..... right after the update, I could no longer download, since the PC does not recognized that the phone is connected.   Is anyone else having this problem?

Congrats on the new update on your Galaxy S 3. With so many new features and enhancements. there's so much to love with the new kit kat update. May I ask have you checked your device drivers on the computer once you plug your device in? Also, have you tried different usb ports on the computer when connecting the s3? I would suggest checking your driver manager for any conflicts and also your anti-virus security to ensure that it's not blocking the phone's connectivity to the computer.
