Every time my husband calls (just my husband) the bluetooth in my 2016 Ford Expedition locks up. It doesnt end the call so nothing else works, like music or making another call. This is my second s10 with the same problem. I had my vehicle at Ford and they said there is nothing wrong with Sync. My S9 worked perfectly in the same car.
Being able to use Bluetooth is essential, Jengar25. We would like to learn more in order to help find a lasting resolution. Are you able to replicate this issue with other Bluetooth connections aside from your vehicle? When did this issue begin or when did you first notice? Have there been any changes to your device?
