Roaming while in my home?

Yesterday, I was in my home playing candy crush, when I was received an update saying my phone was roaming.

I had been out earlier that day, but had not left Salem (the city where I live).

What would make this happen?

Another tower in the area is stronger. As long as you aren't in a candian or Mexican boarder town, you're fine
