My S6 screen is damaged & totally black; I plugged it into my computer but cannot locate the photos in my "Gallery" so I can transfer them onto my computer before I return the damaged phone.

I've been there before with a broken phone, so I know how important it is to be able to locate and save your photos. The good news is that you do have the option to use Samsung Smart Switch, which will allow you to transfer your info to your computer and help you transfer everything into another Samsung easily.
