Receiving "Authentication error" on Samsung S6

We have several laptops, a couple of iPhone, and my Samsung S6.  We had to have the router replaced a few weeks ago.  I reset the connection to all of our devices.  They are all working fine on the wireless network - except my S6.

It will sometimes connect for a few seconds, then show "Authentication error occurred".  Most times it will not connect at all.

Again, it worked before the router was changed out.  Same router model.  All other devices are working fine - laptops, iPhones, Smart TV, etc.

Not sure if is is coincidence, but there was a update pushed to my phone in the last couple of weeks as well.  And I've noticed the battery is draining much quicker.

I rely on my WiFi connection, and we want to make sure that your works as well McC007. I know you are having several issues and we will work on one issue at a time. Are you able to connect to another WiFi? Have you tried to remove the WiFi connection and add it back on? Can you make sure that your smart network switch is http://spr.ly/6584DyDWn off?
