Followign the update to KitKat I have been unable to log in to the Samsung Hub or my Samsung account. The error - "Process Failed." I've had the pone replaced with no success. I talked to Samsung who indicated Verizon elected not to support that functionality. I talked to Verizon who seemed oblivious to the problem. Finally customer support at Verizon said they would "get back to me" with a fix or fix date. That was several weeks ago and no contact from Verizon. Samsung indicated this was a problem with the S3, S4 and S5. Is this something others have seen and does Verizon ever intend to fix the problem?

Samsung is LYING to you. why would Verizon block you from accessing a Samsung feature that they have nothing to do with.
If it worked before the update, it should work after the update.
If it doesn't work now its Google and Samsung that are to blame.
I wish these phone makers would stop shifting the blame on the cell carriers for their crappy update.
