I never want you to be without service and I am shocked to hear you are having so many issues. You mentioned that you were having issues with multiple devices on our network. In which zip is this taking place? Is it happening indoors or outdoors? Tell me more about what you are experiencing so that we can help.

I am having this same issue on an iPhone 7 and have tried the same solutions outlined in this thread. I also spent about an hour chatting with a rep and was able to reset the phone again. It worked, for about an hour. Then reverted back to he same behavior. Please advise. Thank you

To larify, when you mention you reset the phone, have you done a full Factory Restore on the device?
