I had the same issue and called on the 11th because I was guaranteed that it would be delivered by 8pm. I called Verizon and it hadn't even shipped yet. They said there was some kind of issue with the order and it wasn't going to ship. Then they couldn't cancel it. I was on the phone for well over an hour and they were finally able to cancel and I went into the store to get it. Good luck.
This is such [removed as required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service]. It's still processing guess I'll have to call and cancel tomorrow if i can. It's customer service like this that's making me think about switching to sprint or t mobile.
