Poor performance in my home with Galaxy 7

I have a new Samsung Galaxy 7, which I got when I thought that my Galaxy 5 phone was presenting reception problems. It seems that one day my phone worked beautifully and the next day no one could hear me talking. This change happened sometime in the fall, maybe in late October / early November. So I decided to get the Galaxy 7 (to replace my seemingly defective phone) and the same problem exists. I try to use my cell phone in my home office and it's practically useless. I'm in sales and this is a problem. I've resorted to using my landline but am looking for a solution for my cell phone. I've had no issues with cell phone reception (ever) in my home office before last fall.

Can anyone offer a solution or suggest any way to get the type of service that I used to get?

Try wifi calling?

I've tried wifi calling and there is no change in call quality
