My phone occasionally turns itself off despite full battery and won't turn back on until I take the battery out and put it back in. It happened maybe 4 times then stopped for a few weeks. It happened twice today and now the phone will not turn on at all no matter what. Help?
Let's wake that phone up ASAP llindsay! When did this first start? Anything change on the device such as apps, settings or updates? Have you tried connecting the device to the charger? How about trying a different charger or outlet? Does the device show any indicator lights that it is taking a charge?
