My Galaxy S4 will only charge if it is powered off. The charge only holds about 4 hours after a full charge. I just purchased a new battery. That didn't solve the problem. In addition, I have tried charging the battery from an outlet, using a car charger and a portable charger. None seem to help. What is going on and what can I do? Thanks.
We want to be sure your device is working flawlessly DMG06C. Let's work together to get this resolved. When did the issue begin? Does the device have any physical or liquid damage at all? Does the charger fit tightly in the charging port or does it seem loose when you plug it in?
