Forgive me if this has been asked but after my gf received the KK update on her S4, we reset her phone. Prior to the reset and after the KK update was installed, her phone still vibrated when the screen was off and she picked it up and there was a message...very cool feature that she really liked. After resetting the phone, it no longer does that and cannot find the setting for it. Checked both the settings in the messaging app and the Sound settings in the main system settings. Vibration is on for notifications as well and there is no other messaging app installed. Anyone else experience this? Is there a way to turn it back on?
Also, I cannot find the setting to turn off alerts (Amber, Weather and so forth) which I think was in the message settings as well. We were woken up in the middle of the night last...scared the heck out of us (I have the HTC One M8 which has super loud notifications, lol)

Never mind on the Alert question...I see it is now an icon instead of in the settings.
